Bread Board in solid sycamore made from one piece of wood and measuring approximately 10 inches across and almost an inch in thickness.
Traditionally, bread boards were always part of the kitchen and a good one would last a life time. This bread board in solid sycamore is made from one piece of wood and is lovely and thick
The design is first drawn freehand in pencil, without the use of lasers or templates. The design is then burnt into the wood using the ancient craft of Pyrography (burning into wood) This makes the design permanent and safe for food.
Bread Boards are left natural although should you wish to treat it in any way, a light natural oil can be wiped over although this will darken the wood slightly
Available in four designs. please be aware that this item takes 10-14 days to create
This board can be personalised with a name and/or date if it is required for a wedding or anniversary gift. This could be burnt around the outer edge or across the middle – you decide which you would prefer and I will do the rest!
